Clear and Concise (C)
Ensure that outcomes are clearly defined and easily understood by all stakeholders.

- Provide specific details to avoid misinterpretation.
Linked to Objectives (L)
Outcomes should be directly linked to organizational or project objectives.
- Align outcomes with strategic goals.
- Ensure each outcome supports broader objectives.
- Provide a clear rationale for how the outcome contributes to overall success.
Evaluative and Measurable (E)
Outcomes must be measurable to assess progress and success.
- Define specific metrics and KPIs.
- Set quantifiable targets (e.g., percentage improvements, numerical goals).
- Establish methods for tracking and reporting progress.
Achievable and Realistic (A)
Ensure that outcomes are attainable within the given constraints.
- Consider available resources and capabilities.
- Set outcomes that are challenging yet feasible.
- Avoid overly ambitious goals that are unlikely to be met.
Revisited and Reviewed (R)
Regularly review and revisit outcomes to ensure they remain relevant and achievable.
